InterSec, Inc. – Recruitment Intern -Virtual Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in formatting candidate resumes to match company standards and client requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism in all candidate documents.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate information.
  • Upload and categorize resumes and other relevant documents into the ATS.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications and next steps on manager’s behalf if needed
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews  
  • Assist in developing and refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
  • Assist Manager in developing write-ups on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various recruitment activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, setting up meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform other virtual assistant duties as assigned.
